Renting a table at the show or bringing your equipment to the show, gives you a chance to get a higher price for your equipment, it allows you to present your items to a large number of photographic buyers. 1. Table assignments will be at the discretion of the promoters, but we will try to accommodate any   reasonable requests. Tables may not be reassigned or otherwise transferred to any other individual without the consent of the promoter. Please let us know if you are sharing a table with another vender. You may not use any vacant tables without the consent of the promoters. Tables may not be raised above normal height. This show is for photo related items only but this will not be an issue if it does not get out of hand.
2. Dealers will be allowed one assistant per table. Buyers will not be admitted as assistants. Early bird buyers will be admitted at regular table prices.
3. Set-up will begin at 7:30AM. Show hours will be from 10AM to 4PM on Saturday and 10AM to 3PM on Sunday. Dealers should check in no later than one hour prior to the opening of the show and must be out within two hours after the show closing.
4. The promoters will assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage or bodily injury at any time during this event.
6. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in the building or within 20 feet of the door.
7. Signs will be allowed within reason. Do not show up with a 10ft banner to hang over an 8ft table. Signs with the word “official” will not be allowed. There are no “official buyers” at these shows. DO NOT attach ANYTHING to ANY wall or fixture of the building.
